Fruitcake

I have 1.5 kg of dried fruits soaking in liquer. Tomorrow I will bake my fruit cake. Yes, it's long overdue. I didn't bake it as planned 3 months ago, still, it's better late than never. I will bake 2 fruit cakes, 1 to give away to family and friends and another for us (most of it will be kept in the freezer I think).
