We spent the whole morning sorting things out in the kitchen, and still not finished. Am going out now to the sports masseus for my shoulder.
I think the sports masseuse has found my problem, it's some muscle on sitting good on the under side of my left arm and the muscle from the shoulders to the left arm. Finally I found someone who is really good.
8pm this day, we finished half the kitchen. Tomorrow am going to hopefully clean the windows and outside of the cupboards and I am done.
